Some have called me the “Athlete Whisperer”.  Having played sports myself, I have a huge regard for athletes.  The passion, training and discipline it takes to stay on top of your sport is in many ways a metaphor for life.

While a Sports Coach typically focuses on the physical side of sports, a Life Coach focuses on the athletes’ state of mind.  Whether you are a professional or amateur athlete, I know how to clear your head and put you back on track to achieve winning performances!  You will learn to practice mental conditioning and strategies to improve your competitive edge!

Athletes don’t just call on a sports life coach when they are experiencing a block, they use them when they want to improve in certain areas as well:

Enhance performance.  I will teach you various mental strategies, such as self-talk, visualization, and relaxation techniques.  This will help you overcome obstacles and achieve your full potential.

Cope with the pressure of competition.  I will enable you to deal with all levels of pressure coming from family, coaches, teammates, and even your own expectations.

Recover from injuries.  During recovery I can assist you with staying on track with your physical therapy regimens and maintaining your mental status while sidelined.  Physically you might be out temporarily, but mentally you need to stay in the game.

All of these strategies I will teach you in achieving your athletic goals are useful off the field as well and can be applied in other areas of your life.
